Here are some useful tips our concierge and rental management company have created to help you plan your family reunion with us:

• Create a mailing list – figure out who is going to come and get them the information on the destination. Family will have questions so direct them to our website or contact us for more in depth information;
• Determine interests – after they have visited our website, start creating a list of the various activities they are interested in. Some will want to golf everyday, others play tennis, some hit the beaches, some go gambling and so forth;
• Pick a date – well in advance, up to a year in advance, pick the perfect date for everyone and reserve the villa. Nothing messes up a reunion more than not getting the dates everyone needs;
